Tax Free:
All prices are including 7.6% swiss tax. For deliveries abroad, the tax of 7.6% for the goods (not shipping costs) is deducted from the subtotal in the shopbasket.
Delievery:
- 70% of all articles offered at discPLUS are in stock and will be delieverd the next business day following your order.
- Upon delivery you will receive an eMail, indication the number of delivered CD/SACD/DVD as well as the official delivery time as indicatet by the swiss postal service
- In any case, the amount reserved on your credit card/paypal will be captured only when the items are shipped.
- For deliveries abroad, delivery times can take sometimes longer, when your parcel is at the customs
- Articles on sale are limited in quantity and availability.
- If an article is not in stock, the order position will be canceled and the rest of the order delivered.
- You receive a delivery notice by email. The delievery is done by swiss postal service.
- The shipping cost is without insurance, after handling the goods to the postal service any risk of transportation is taken by the customer.
- The shipping cost don't cover all of our effective expenses for shipping. Therefore if not all positions of your order are available, won't necessary reduce the shipping costs for the remaining goods.
Payment:
Delievery outside Switzerland: Payment can be done by PayPal or the Credit Cards VISA and EUROCARD.
All credit card data is submitted by Secure Mode to SAFERPAY.
Delivery within Switzerland: Payment can also be done by invoice, which will be sent together with the goods. This invoice must be paid within 10 days after receipt.
Exchange:
Due to the copyrights of audio media, returns of correctly delievered articles are NOT possible!
Only returns of wrongly delivered articles will be accepted and replaced for free.
Any complaints have to be made within 5 business days at our handlingcenter.
Data protection:
Your credit card information remains unkown to us (discPLUS) because all credit card data is entered and proceeded directly on the Saferpay Secure Server. Saferpay is a processing company of the Swiss banks and stands for the safety of your data.
All other data like name, address, email is used only for the delievery of your goods. We do neither use your data for other reasons nor share or sell it to other companies.
